70 Year old diabetic, non hypertensive male comes with a near syncopal episode about an hour ago. He claims he did not have seizures or any loss of conciousness. His vitals are pulse about 80 per minute, BP: 130/88 mm Hg, with SpO2 97 % on room air. At present he is asymptomatic. A 12 lead EKG is obtained, and is as below.
